Day AI
Day AI is a customer memory platform and agent control plane for go-to-market teams, building a self-updating record from every call, email, and meeting and running governed AI agents on top.
About
Day AI is a customer memory and AI agent platform aimed at B2B revenue teams. A traditional CRM captures only a small slice of what actually happens with customers, so Day AI is designed as what its vendor calls "life after CRM": it builds a self-updating customer record from every meeting, email, and call, then runs governed agents on top of that record to produce finished work.
The product has two main parts. The first is a context graph, called Customer Memory, which ingests team email, calendar, meetings, and Slack with automatic permissioning into one graph the company controls. The second is an agent control plane, where AI agents take on defined roles with names, job descriptions, and skills, and act on schedules, events, or on request. Day AI can run on top of Salesforce or HubSpot, or in place of them. Connectors for sources such as Gong and Slack feed the graph, and any MCP client, including Claude, can be connected so external agents share the same customer memory.

FAQ
Is Day AI a CRM?Day AI covers what teams use a CRM for, including people, companies, pipeline, and activity history, without manual data entry, and adds a conversation-based memory plus working agents. It can run on top of Salesforce or HubSpot or replace them.
How much does Day AI cost?Pricing is per agent: Turbo at $24 per agent per month, Professional at $60, Executive at $200, and Super at $800, all billed annually, with volume discounts available. Free teammates cost nothing in a workspace with at least one Professional agent.
What integrations does Day AI support? It ingests Gmail, Calendar, meetings, and Slack, connects to tools such as Gong and Snowflake, drafts updates to Salesforce or HubSpot, and works with any MCP client including Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor.
What happens if an agent makes a mistake? An audit trail records exactly what each agent ran, and outbound actions require approval before they are sent, so nothing goes out unreviewed.
Do teams have to migrate off an existing CRM?No. Day AI can draft CRM updates for review while the existing system stays in place, or take over as the CRM when the team is ready.
