These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AOYII (https://www.aoyii.com, including its sub-pages and localized versions, the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by Shanghai Jike Fei Technology Co., Ltd. (上海极客飞科技有限公司, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

1. The Platform and Our Services

  1. AOYII is a curated directory of AI tools, AI agents, Agent Skills, MCP servers and related software products, together with AI news and guides.
  2. Free services: browsing, searching, category pages, product pages, news and guides are free of charge. Creating an account is free.
  3. Paid service: we offer one optional paid service, Priority Review & Listing ($29 USD, one-time), for developers and product teams who want their product submission reviewed by our editorial team within 24–48 hours. Its scope, delivery timeline and refund rules are set out in our Fulfillment Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
  4. We may change, add or discontinue features of the Platform. Changes to a paid service will not affect orders already paid for.

2. What the Paid Service Does and Does Not Include

  1. The $29 fee pays for priority editorial review and, if the submission is approved, preparation and publication of a listing page on the Platform.
  2. Payment does not guarantee approval. Every submission is reviewed against our editorial guidelines; submissions that are not approved receive a full refund as described in the Fulfillment Policy.
  3. The paid service does not include, and we do not sell or guarantee: search engine rankings, backlinks, traffic, clicks, sign-ups, leads, conversions, sales or any other commercial outcome. Outbound links from the Platform to listed products are marked nofollow.
  4. Published listings remain available while the product stays accessible and continues to meet our editorial guidelines. We may edit, update or remove a listing that becomes inaccurate, inaccessible or non-compliant.

3. Payments

  1. Prices are shown in US dollars on the submission page before checkout.
  2. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor acting as Merchant of Record, whose name will appear on your statement. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
  3. Refunds are handled under the Fulfillment Policy.

4. Accounts and Acceptable Use

  1. You must provide accurate information when you register, log in or submit a product, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
  2. You agree not to:
    • violate applicable laws or the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
    • submit malware, phishing, scams, deceptive products, adult content or illegal services;
    • scrape, overload, interfere with or attack the Platform beyond normal use;
    • misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with a product.
  3. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for users who breach these Terms.

5. Submissions

  1. When you submit a product, you confirm that you own it or are authorized to submit it, and that the information you provide is accurate and lawful.
  2. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, edit, translate, display and store the submitted information, including names, logos and screenshots, for the purpose of operating the Platform.
  3. We may decline, edit or remove any submission that does not meet our editorial guidelines or these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. Content created by us, including articles, guides, interface design, trademarks, logos and code, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.
  2. Product names, logos and descriptions of listed products belong to their respective owners and are shown for informational purposes.

7. Disclaimers

  1. Platform content, including product listings and AI news, is provided for general information. It is not investment, legal or technical advice and may be incomplete or out of date.
  2. Third-party products and websites listed on the Platform are the responsibility of their providers. We do not endorse them and are not liable for their use.
  3. The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions or loss caused by force majeure, network failures or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the paid service is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring the dispute before the competent People’s Court in Shanghai. This does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
