Welcome to AOYII (accessible via aoyii.com). This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the purchase and delivery of our digital services, specifically our Fast-track Submission Service, as well as our policy on cancellations and refunds.

By purchasing services on AOYII, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. Description of Services

AOYII provides a global discovery platform for AI Tools, Agent Skills, MCP Servers, and related resources. We offer an optional Fast-track Submission Service ($29 USD, one-time fee) designed for developers and product creators seeking expedited evaluation and publication of their listings.

What the $29 Fast-track Service Includes:

  • Priority Review: Your submission bypasses the standard queue and is reviewed by our editorial team within 24 to 48 hours of payment.

  • Guaranteed Inspection: An explicit verification of your submission against our publishing, safety, and operational standards.

  • Listing Publication: If approved, your product or skill will be indexable, searchable, and published on AOYII under the appropriate category.

  • Verified Badge: Eligible listings receive a “Verified” badge on their dedicated tool page.

Note: The $29 fee is charged exclusively for the expedited review labor and priority processing service. It does NOT guarantee a specific ranking, traffic outcome, or permanent front-page placement.

2. Delivery & Fulfillment Timeline

  • Standard Delivery Window: Review results and listing publication (if approved) will be completed within 24 to 48 hours following successful payment and valid data submission.

  • Delivery Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email sent to the contact address provided during checkout once the review is complete and the listing is live.

  • Digital Delivery: All services provided by AOYII are strictly digital. No physical goods will be shipped.

3. Submission Guidelines & Quality Standards

To maintain platform quality and user safety, all submitted products, MCP servers, and Agent Skills must comply with the following basic criteria:

  1. Must be fully functional and safe to use (no malware, phishing, or malicious prompt injection scripts).

  2. Must contain accurate, non-misleading descriptions and valid destination URLs or repository links.

  3. Must not promote illegal activities, hate speech, or infringing content.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate labor and computational nature of digital review services, our refund boundaries are defined as follows:

  • Full Refund Eligible:

    • Rejection by AOYII: If your submission is reviewed and rejected by our editorial team for failing to meet our content or quality standards, you will receive a 100% full refund ($29 USD) credited back to your original payment method.

    • Processing Delay: If we fail to complete the review or publish your listing within 72 hours (exceeding our 24-48 hour fulfillment window without prior communication), you may request a full refund.

  • Non-Refundable Scenarios:

    • Approved & Published Listings: Once your submission has been reviewed, approved, and published live on AOYII, the fulfillment process is considered 100% complete and no refunds will be granted.

    • User Submission Errors: Refunds are not offered if you submit incorrect URLs, invalid metadata, or decide to shut down your product after publication. You may request minor information updates free of charge by contacting support.

    • Performance Expectations: Refunds will not be issued based on traffic volume, click-through rates, or end-user conversion performance.

5. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing

Payment processing and transaction billing on AOYII are handled securely by our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR) partner, Creem (or designated payment gateway).

During checkout, your transaction statement will reflect our MoR partner. AOYII does not store or process sensitive credit card or full bank details on our local servers.

6. Modifications & Contact Information

AOYII reserves the right to modify or update this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
