Terms of Service (User Agreement)

Welcome to AOYII. This Agreement is between you and Shanghai Jike Fei Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the AOYII website (https://www.aoyii.com, including its sub-pages and localized versions, "the Platform"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Services

The Platform is an AI tools and news aggregation, navigation, and sharing service. It provides users with services including, but not limited to: AI tool listings and showcases, AI news and guide content, AI tool submission, and on-site search (collectively, "the Services").
We may adjust, add, change, or discontinue features or content as our business evolves, and such changes may be made without individual prior notice.
The Services are currently free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for certain services in the future; if we do, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

2. Accounts and Acceptable Use

Basic browsing of the Platform currently requires no registration. Where registration, login, or information submission (e.g., "Submit a Tool") is available, you must provide true, accurate, and lawful information.
When using the Services, you agree not to:

violate applicable laws or public order and good morals;
infringe the rights of others (including intellectual property, privacy, reputation, and trade secrets);
use automated tools (crawlers, scripts) to scrape, interfere with, or attack the Platform beyond normal usage;
disseminate illegal, pornographic, violent, false, or defamatory content, or engage in fraud or other unlawful activity;
otherwise harm the Platform or other users.

You are solely responsible for your use of the Platform and the consequences of that use.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Through entries such as "Submit a Tool," you may submit tool information, suggestions, comments, and other content ("Submissions").
You represent and warrant that you own or hold the necessary rights to all Submissions, that they do not infringe any third-party rights, and that they contain no unlawful or harmful content.
You grant the Platform a license to review, edit, display, store, and reasonably use Submissions (including translation and display across localized versions) solely for the operation of the Platform.
We may, in accordance with applicable laws and Platform rules, decline to list, delete, or block any Submission that violates these terms, without liability.
If a Submission is alleged to infringe rights, you agree to cooperate in resolving the matter and bear any resulting legal liability.

4. Intellectual Property

All content created by the Platform itself (including articles, news, guides, interface design, trademarks, logos, and program code) is owned by us or the respective rights holders.
Without prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit such content beyond fair-use limits.
Tool names, logos, and information listed on the Platform belong to their respective owners and are displayed for navigation purposes only.

5. Disclaimers

Platform content (particularly AI news articles) is provided for information aggregation and commentary. It does not constitute news gathering/editorial reporting, nor investment, legal, or technical advice. Content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated; you should make your own judgments.
External links and third-party tools listed on the Platform are the responsibility of their respective providers. The Platform makes no warranty and assumes no liability for them; you assume the associated risks.
To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for service interruptions or content loss caused by force majeure, network failures, or third parties.

6. Privacy

We take the protection of your personal information seriously. Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of this Agreement.

7. Changes and Termination

We may revise this Agreement in response to legal changes or business needs. Revised versions will be posted on this page and take effect upon posting; material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate service to users who violate this Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent People's Court in Shanghai.
